OH, how thankful I am for these girls in my life! College was a good time! They are the greatest friends! I wish we would have taken more pictures! We had a wonderful time and everyone made super yummy food and we used my beautiful Mary Engelbreit china dishes that my mom painted and it felt so fancy...maybe more fancy if we had a bigger table :) We always miss our girls that are out of state though! Can't wait to see you all at our Christmas party!

Love the Outdoors!!!
There are a lot of little gems of beauty in Utah...the weekend of Halloween I went to Cedar City with my pal Amber to hang with some of her buddies that live down there. Our few hours in SNOW CANYON (St. George) were definitely the highlight. It was a glorious perfect day and I had a good/suspenseful time trying to keep up with the boys on the climbing. I LOVE the sun and beautiful weather and beautiful scenery and I LLLOOOOOVVVVEEE being active in the outdoors. I will keep the memory alive as the snow begins to fall and my Seasonal Affective Disorder kicks in. I'm going to try and deal with it better this winter!!! It is a goal...

Remember How I'm Allergic to Dogs???
Well, that doesn't stop anyone!
Dog #1 (Lucy-wiener dog-feisty, bitey, licky, barky, very allergic)

Dog #2 (Jackson-yorky-calm, quiet, nice, not so allergic)

Owner #1-Cousin Andrea

Owner #2-Cousin Kevin

Yes, yes, they are cute now because they are puppies...I will admit Jackson has won over some of my heart. Too bad they make me so ill!

My Mother thinks she's getting a dog too. Soon I will have nowhere to go that I may breathe normally.

Young+Single+Adult+Halloween=Disappointing
I mean, I love the season, don't get me wrong... I love the decor and the fun activities, and whatnot...but the actual day? Let's be honest, it's not very fun to scrounge for something cool to do and then almost always end up realizing that it's totally lame. And as much fun as it might be to hang out and trick or treat with other peoples' kids...it's just not exciting either. So, to all of you cute married friends of mine, enjoy your kids! I did go to Cedar City for the weekend, which was way fun, but the "party" we went to for 20 minutes on Halloween night=LAME! On to Thanksgiving please!

Pitch Black...
That is what I would use to describe the condition when I leave for work...pitch black. I am way serious when I say that I don't think God intended on anyone having to leave for work before even a speck of light began to dawn. I mean, back in the old days before clocks and stupid alarms, people woke up when the cock crowed right? And if I'm not mistaken, it usually crows when the sun comes up. That's natural. Total darkness is not natural. I'm not a morning person and it is a battle I will be fighting my whole life I'm afraid. I'm not a crazy sleeper or anything; I never even sleep in past 9 when given the chance. I'm just sayin', can I have some daylight?
